Real Estate Classes Down

It was reported today that enrollment for real estate classes is down. Anyone who has been reading along knows I have been saying all along there are too many agents in the market. How can you have too many agents? Well too many agents equates to "drastic tactics" - such as over-pricing a property just to get the listing.
